Do I have to use you as my realtor if you arrange my mortgage (or vice versa)?

Not at all. Many clients choose both services because it keeps everything under one roof, but you’re welcome to work with your own agent or lender. Our role is to help you make better decisions, wherever you choose to close.

Will this affect my credit score?

Our initial consult does not require a credit pull. If you decide to move forward with a pre‑approval, we’ll walk you through exactly what a credit inquiry means, how long it impacts your score, and how to minimize any effect.

Can you help if I’m self‑employed or have non‑traditional income?
